Landscape Crew Leader

A hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in landscape installation and crew management. You'll lead a team through the successful completion of landscape projects — ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and professionalism on every job site.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job assignments
- Perform and oversee hardscape installations — patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more
- Execute new tree and plant installations
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs
- Install mulch and complete landscape bed enhancements
- Operate trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials
- Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a safe, organized job site
What you'll bring
- Prior experience running or leading a landscape crew
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation and general landscaping practices
- Experience with tree installation, pruning, trimming, and mulching
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving a truck and trailer
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- A professional attitude and comfort communicating with customers when needed
